AIORA VILLAS
BOOKING POLICY
A deposit is required to confirm your reservation, which is equal to 50% of the total price of your stay and cannot be less than the rent of one night.
All payments are made exclusively in euros.
In case of booking by email or telephone, you must within 1 working day pay the deposit to the AIORA villas bank account indicated by us. In your deposit you must indicate your full name and the duration of your stay.
Any bank transfer or currency conversion charges are at your sole expense.
From 1/1/2018 according to Law 4514/2018, in addition to the room rate, the accommodation tax will be charged. The tax amounts to €0,50 per night, it is paid by the room renter and is included in the reservation.
CANCELLATION POLICY
You have the right to cancel your reservation for any reason.
If the cancellation is made at least 28 days before your arrival, you can change the dates of your reservation subject to availability.
If the cancellation is made after 28 days before the arrival date, you are obliged to pay 100% of the reservation.
In case of cancellation during the stay, you are obliged to pay 100% of the reservation.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF STAY
During your stay at AIORA villas you have the right to use the villas, the private courtyard or terrace and the common outdoor areas.
On the day of your arrival, the villa is assigned to you from 15:00 onwards, unless otherwise agreed.
On the day of your departure, you must leave the villa before 12:00. The day of departure is not charged.
In case of a stay in the villa on the day of departure after 12:00 and until 18:00, it is necessary to inform the manager. Once you are allowed to stay in the villa, you will be charged a fee equal to 50% of the price of the night’s stay.
The property has the right to cancel your reservation if there are no valid credit card details.
In case of a stay after 18:00, you will be charged for the entire night.
The tenants are solely responsible for any material damage caused to the room (beyond normal wear and tear), whether caused by their intentional or unintentional actions or negligence.
Each tenant is responsible throughout their stay for the safekeeping of their personal belongings, valuables, money, etc. In any case, the accommodation is not responsible for any loss or damage to them.
By making a reservation you declare full knowledge of the booking, cancellation policy of the accommodation.
AIORA villas has the right to charge tenants the replacement cost of any item removed without consent from the room.
You must comply with the quiet hours (15:00 to 17:30 and 23:00 to 07:00).
No more than the agreed number of persons per villa are allowed to stay overnight.
It is possible to accommodate a child aged 0-3 years, and if requested, we can provide an additional cot, free of charge.
Subletting of villas is not allowed.
Quiet hours. 15.00 – 17.30 & 23.00 – 07.00.
CLEANING
Cleaning of the accommodation is carried out daily and between the hours of 9:00am and 3:00pm, and every three to four days the linen is changed.
AIORA villas, has the right to modify the prices listed on www.aioraammouliani.gr at any time, without notice.
